Terms of Service for Google Sign-In
These terms apply when you use Google Sign-In on contest-gallery.com. Google Sign-In provides a convenient way to authenticate with Contest Gallery and use account-based gallery features.

What happens when you sign in
Authentication
Google verifies your identity and sends Contest Gallery a signed ID token. Contest Gallery uses the verified Google account identifier and email address to create a WordPress account or connect the Google identity to an eligible existing account.
Profile information
Your name and profile image URL may be associated with the local account. Contest Gallery does not receive your Google password and does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or unrelated Google services.

Responsible use of the service
You must use an account you are authorized to access and provide accurate information. You must not attempt to bypass access, voting, upload or security limits, interfere with the website, impersonate another person, distribute malware or use the service for unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Please protect access to your Google account and notify us if you believe the connected Contest Gallery account has been misused.
Uploads, comments and votes
Your content
You may submit only content you are entitled to use. You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant Contest Gallery the non-exclusive permission needed to host, process and publicly display that content as part of the selected gallery or demonstration.
Moderation
Uploads, comments, votes or accounts may be rejected, hidden, deactivated or removed when they violate these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, gallery rules or website security requirements.
Relationship with Google
Google Sign-In is provided by Google and is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Contest Gallery is responsible for its own website and local accounts. Google is not responsible for Contest Gallery content, galleries or account administration.
Contest Gallery uses information received from Google only for the authentication purposes described in the Privacy Policy. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Service changes and account access
Google Sign-In and the surrounding demonstration services may be changed, interrupted or discontinued. Access can be restricted when required for maintenance, security, compliance or enforcement of these terms. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is guaranteed.
You may request deletion of the local Contest Gallery account and its Google Sign-In link by emailing contact@contest-gallery.com. Deleting the local account does not delete your Google account.
Liability and applicable terms
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for interruptions, data loss or damage arising from use of the demonstration service. Mandatory statutory rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
These Google Sign-In terms supplement the general Contest Gallery Terms and Conditions. German law applies where legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated when the authentication flow, website functionality or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are always published at this URL.
